We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our services to potential customers and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Position Type: 1099 Contract Employee
Duration: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation Range: $38,000-$60,000 annually, uncapped compensation
Location: Remote/Work from Home

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

We specialize in culture-based training for security guards, Firearms, and have an entire community dedicated just for Women. As part of our commitment to provide training for our clients, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Training Instructor to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Security Training Instructor will be responsible for delivering security training programs to our clients. This includes conducting on site training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program. The ideal candidate will have a background in either Law Enforcement or Military, as well as experience in both security and training, and will be able to communicate complex security concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver security training at various client sites throughout the Denver Metro Area
- Conduct training sessions in person
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with current security policies and procedures
- Keep up to date with current security trends and threats in order to incorporate them into the training program
- Prior Law Enforcement or Military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in security or a related field
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex security concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
